Josephine Haddow Competes at the World Championships Cadets 2019

Congratulations to Josephine Haddow who represented Australia at the IJF World Championships Cadet 2019 in Almaty, Kazakhstan 25-28th September 2019. Josephine competed in her new division -63kg, taking on world no.1 ranked Alessia Corrao from Belgium in her first fight. She displayed positive attacking judo, but was unable to defeat Corrao who went on to take the bronze medal. Josephine did not get the chance of another fight in repechage, but was able to compete in the teams competition later in the week adding valuable experience for the event.
