These classes focus purely on groundwork techniques including hold downs, turn overs, strangles, arm bars. Classes include theory and newaza practice. These sessions are open to members over the age of 15 and are suitable for all levels.

Classes are included in the monthly membership fee, or you can pay on a casual per-class basis.
