A full range of graded players participate in our adult classes. We have a number of instructors and are able to accommodate a variety of levels as required by the students attending each session.

Adults classes begin with stretching exercises and strength & conditioning work. This is followed by technical work incorporating a wide range of areas including standing, groundwork, gripping, transition, combinations, counters and competition tactics.

Classes run 3 times a week:

MONDAY 7:15-8:45pm

WEDNESDAY 7:15-8:45pm

SATURDAY 3:00-4:30pm


Students can pay monthly or on a casual per-class basis.
