The fitness circuit runs 2 mornings a week and is open for members to come-and-go freely at any time during the 2 hour session. The circuit is made up of a variety of strength and conditioning activities completed at set time intervals. Attendees can train at their own pace to build core strength and fitness.
All members over the age of 9 are welcome to attend.
Participation in the fitness circuit is included in the monthly membership fee.
Alternatively you can join on a casual per-session basis.
